All the time incorrectly cooked rice: How correct?

Scientists say millions of people share improperly cooked rice and therefore run the risk of harm to health.

Recent experiments have shown that the most common way of preparing rice to boil in already boiling water, but it is not enough to remove arsenic.

In the country for decades to accumulate industrial toxins and pesticides that contain arsenic, and they through the roots of plants and absorbed in the product later eat.

These toxins and arsenic can cause a range of health problems such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.

To show that this is true, Professor Andy FLAG shows us three ways of cooking rice:

1. The first is the most common way of cooking - boiling rice in water 2: 1. In this way the water completely evaporates and part is absorbed into the rice, and so remains arsenic in rice.

2. The second way was to boil rice in water 5: 1st The rest of the water percolated and then measured the levels of arsenic in it. In this way even half of absorbed arsenic are clean of rice.

3. The third rice left to stand overnight. This way of making 80% of the arsenic is excreted through the water.

Therefore, the safest way of cooking rice is: let it stand in water overnight, then repeatedly to pass and eventually boil it
