HOW TO MAKE GINGER WRAPS, AND BURN BELLY FAT OVERNIGHT!

  • an elastic bandage
Directions:
Soak a towel in warm water and wrap it around the area where you want to apply the ginger compress. Leave it on for 5 minutes. It will open up the pores. Then, mix the ginger with the body lotion and apply it on the affected area.
Use the plastic wrap to wrap the area a few times and place the elastic bandage over the plastic wrap. Leave the compress on for at least 6 hours. For the best results, apply it before you go to sleep and remove it when you wake up in the morning.

    Thanks for sharing this, but I don't think is a good idea to this type of burn fat, because you don't let Skin pores breath or taking the O2. it really help burn fat but I don't think it's healthy ! This is just my opinion. Thank You
