Diet for back to normal cholesterol


The lack of movement due to cold weather combined with heavy and greasy meals, can raise cholesterol.

But luckily you can solve by controlling diet.

Besides cleaning the vessel, this diet can lose weight up to 5 kg for 15 days.

Tip: After 3 days, you can do combinations pojadocite, lunches and dinners from this menu.

First day

Breakfast: Yogurt with low fat, 1 apple, 4 slices whole wheat bread smeared with homemade marmalade 4 tablespoons of orange and grapefruit (300g peeled fruit finely and cook for 3 minutes with 100g sugar and gelatin tablespoon orange peel).

Lunch: rice noodles with vegetables - a tablespoon of olive oil sauté 30g grated ginger, a little garlic, onions, grated 4 carrots and 100g celery until softened. 1dl pour in vegetable stock and cook until the broth evaporates.

Dinner: Some wheat germ 50g and 250g grated beets mix with dressing tbsp walnut, ¼ tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of freshly grated horseradish.


Second day

Breakfast: Muesli with milk and citrus fruit, baked whole-grain

Lunch: fish Philetus optional (hake, trout) with a dressing that will make it so that a tablespoon of olive oil will proprzhite small onion, you add a little saffron, salt, pepper, a teaspoon of grated orange peel and juice of 1 orange. Cook 5 minutes, then pour over the fish.

Dinner: Salad of apples and potatoes. Bake in the oven for 3 medium potatoes with the peel. Peel, add slices of apples, chop onions and pour a little vinegar, oil and season to taste.

Third day

Breakfast: Orange juice and carrot bread more kinds of crops with young cheese

Lunch: Dried figs and turkey white meat grilled with a salad of arugula and cabbage

Dinner: Pasta with tomato juice, quince, yogurt with cinnamon. Pour 2 tablespoons of honey and ½ tablespoon cinnamon 1 dl orange juice drained and a little zest and at 5 minutes Cook Quince. Allow to cool. Stir in yogurt 2 tablespoons honey and cinnamon powder, and Serve with quince compotes.
