Foods that maintain the balance of hormones


Almost all equally enjoy eating pizza and chocolate, especially late at night.

However satisfaction seldom last long, because the next day on our face out pimples and repent of yesterday's proceedings.

All this is a result of the disruption of hormonal balance that our body constantly striving to maintain.

To help in this, these are foods that you should include in the daily diet:

1. Sweet Potato

Sweet potato, rice and quinoa stabilize blood sugar and prevent a sharp increase in insulin, creating a healthy environment for the proper functioning of the ovaries.

2. Vegetables type of cabbage

Kale, cauliflower, broccoli - this vegetable helps the liver in the metabolism of estrogen, the female hormone that controls the menstrual cycle and keeps the balance of hormones.

3. Salmon

Salmon is an ideal food to maintain hormonal balance because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids lower blood pressure and triglyceride levels. Nutrients contained salmon have anti-inflammatory effect which helps to clearer skin, stronger bones and healthy teeth.


4. Avocado

Avocados are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins C, E and K, that best balance estrogen.

5. Almonds

Almonds are rich in healthy fats, protein, fiber and vitamins. Also help in controlling blood sugar, lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Also known as an excellent food for reducing hunger due to rising levels of cholecystokinin, which gives a feeling of satiety.

6. Olive oil

Olive oil is rich in omega-9 fatty acids, and a large dose of vitamins and antioxidants. It is useful to control blood sugar, lower blood pressure, risk of heart disease and diabetes.


7. Yogurt

Probiotics that are contained in yogurt affect the improvement of intestinal flora by stabilization of estrogen, thyroxine and phytoestrogen, which is particularly important for women who are under menopause or PMS.
