2 quick diets to lose weight 5 kg in a week

Sixth day:

Besides soup this day are allowed and 400 g beef and any vegetables.

Seventh day:

The food is the same as the previous day, just replace meat with rice.

Diet can be repeated several times, but each cycle must pause.
