At first it may seem strange to wash your hair without the shampoo foam, but our advice is to be patient and wait to see the final results.
Recipe
In a small squeeze bottle combine 1 part of baking soda and 3 parts of water. However, you can adjust this dosing depending on your hair length. For example if you have shoulder length hair, mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 3 times that amount of water.

Next step is to apply this homemade baking soda shampoo to a dry or wet hair. You should start at the roots and work to the ends. Leave the mixture to act about 1 – 3 minutes and rinse well.
After you have washed your hair, you should apply a vinegar rinse.
Recipe: mix 1 part of apple cider vinegar and 4 parts of water. In order to avoid the specific vinegar smell, you can add a few drops of some essential oil by your choice (lavender, peppermint, and/or rosemary).
You can prepare this rinse ahead and you can keep the squeeze bottle in your bathroom.
Finally you should tilt the head back and close your eyes, and thus avoid the possibility of getting some of the vinegar mixture into your eyes. After that, simply distribute the rinse through your hair.
