Lunch for beginners: creamy potatoes in the oven

The potatoes can be prepared for countless ways to combine it with different ingredients and always have a tasty lunch.

But if you want delicious, soft and creamy potatoes, then this recipe for baked potatoes with cream soup and dried meat is the right choice for you.


ingredients:

700 g potatoes
50 g margarine or
2-3 tablespoons oil
100 to 150 g suvomesnato optionally
1 onion
1 bag of mushroom soup
8 dcl water
2 dcl milk salt

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Brush the tray in which to bake, arrange the potatoes and put a few pieces of margarine or a little oil on them.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for about half an hour at 200 ° C until soft, stirring occasionally.

While the potatoes are baked, prepare the soup according to directions on the bag.

Chop onions and dried meat separately. Once the potatoes are tender, add the onions and half of dried meat.


Pour potatoes finished with soup and add the remaining meat.

Return them to the oven and bake until the potatoes quite soft.
